About this Product
The BZ 603 is a 3 burner built-in hob from the Blaze series, built around forged brass burners coated in black for steady, even heat across every pan. Two triple ring burners handle wide kadhais and high-volume cooking, while the dual ring burner covers everyday tasks like tempering and simmering.
The hob sits on an 8mm thick black tempered glass top with round edges, giving it a finished look that wipes clean in seconds. Auto electric ignition lights each burner directly from the knob, and the sleek metal knobs are built for a firm, comfortable grip through daily use.
Overview
Auto Electric Ignition
Each burner lights directly from the knob through the auto electric ignition system, so there is no need for a matchstick or lighter. This gives a quick, one-handed start every time you begin cooking.
Sleek Metal Knobs
The knobs are finished in a sleek metal design, built for a firm, comfortable grip through daily use. They give precise control over the flame, from a rolling boil down to a low simmer.
Forged Brass Burners
The BZ 603 uses three forged brass burners, coated in black for a uniform finish that resists staining. Two are triple ring burners built for a wider flame spread, ideal for large kadhais and pressure cookers, and the third is a dual ring burner suited to smaller pans and slow cooking.
Tempered Glass Build
An 8mm thick black tempered glass top gives the hob its durability and its clean, modern look. The round edges finish the design and make the surface comfortable to wipe down after cooking, with no sharp corners to catch a cloth on.
